Description

The Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC) was established in Beijing on April 23, 1922. It is a national, academic and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by chemical science and technology workers and related units and registered in accordance with the law. It is an important force to promote the development of China's chemical industry. CIESC has been committed to the advancement and development of Chinese chemical industry science and technology for more than 90 years. The 40th council of CIESC covers a number of academicians, well-known scholars, and scientific and technological workers in the field of petroleum and chemical engineering in China. At present, the society has more than 150 unit-members and more than 12,000 individual members.
