Aigerim obtained Master's degrees with Honors in Computer Systems Engineering from Pavlodar State University named after Toraigyrov, in Economics and Finance from Kazakh Economic University named after Ryskulov, and MBA with Merit from Oxford Brookes University Business School (United Kingdom). 

 

Aigerim has over 20 years of professional experience in IT, Banking, and Management Consulting. More than a decade Aigerim spent in Vietnam where she managed international tech startup ventures in digital advertising, e-commerce and fintech. She also was part-time Lecturer of Business at University of Greenwich Vietnam, where she was teaching Organizational Behaviour, Change Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Leadership, Research Methods, International Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship.

 

Her research interests vary from Innovations Management, Female Technopreneurship to neuroscience and innovative methods in teaching. Besides Kazakh, Russian and English languages, she speaks Vietnamese. She is a pro-bono mentor for various startup incubators and accelerators in Kazakhstan and Vietnam.
