Personal profile

Personal profile

Worked in several areas of fluid mechanics and aerodynamics since graduation from Aeronautical Engineering, 1995. First MSc degree, 1998, in the area of indoor air flows and second, 2001, applied aeroacoustics of rotor/stator interaction noise. Awarded PhD, 2003, in the area of rotor/stator interation noise, and passive noise control.

Since 2003, worked in areas of

  • indoor air flows, particulate flows, reduced order modeling and thermal management of data centers
  • jet noise measurements and active flow control
  • development of mesoscale models for climate change
  • development of highly efficient computational aeroacoustics codes
  • development of unmanned (aerial and underwater) vehicle design
  • design challenges for very low earth orbit satellite design
