Before joining NUGSB as an instructor, Moldir worked in banking/finance and education industries of Kazakhstan and UAE. Her overall industry and teaching experience is about 16 years. She has an extensive practical experience in financial reporting and analysis, management reporting, financial modelling, bank operations, business strategy formulation and implementation, etc. Her multinational experience is attributed to HSBC bank, Hapoalim Group and Swiss Business School.
Moldir graduated from Middlesex University with distinction earning an MBA in Finance in 2012. She received her BSc, major in Accounting, from KIMEP university graduating with Magna Cum Laude. In 2013 Moldir participated in the annual ERPBSS Conference held in Dubai as an author.
Moldir is a fully certified member of ACCA.
