Saltanat Janenova holds a PhD degree in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Saltanat is doing research on comparative public policy and public management reforms in the post-Soviet Eurasia region with a focus on Central Asia. Her research interests include public service innovations, open government, citizen participation, corruption, and behavioural policy.
