Zhanar Baiteliyeva is an Assistant Professor at Nazarbayev University School of Humanities and Social Sciences. In 1997, she graduated from A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University with a degree in “Philology, teacher of the Kazakh language and Literature”. She also completed her postgraduate degree at A. Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University majoring in “Turkic Languages”. She earned a candidate degree of philological sciences from Institute of Linguistics named after A.Baitursynov at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007.

Prior to joining Nazarbayev University, she was an Assistant Professor at Suleman Demirel University (Almaty), a Scientific researcher at the Institute of Linguistics named after A.Baitursynov at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty), a teacher at A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and Kazakh-Turkish lyceum.
