Project Description
The ‘Empowering Abilities: Integrating Abai’s Holistic Human Philosophy in Entrepreneurial Training for Disabled Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan’ project focuses on advancing entrepreneurial training for current and potential entrepreneurs with disabilities across Kazakhstan. The initiative places a strong emphasis on inclusivity, ensuring that disabled entrepreneurs are fully engaged and benefit from the training. Integrating the philosophical insights of Abai Kunanbayev, the project enhances the cultural relevance of its approach, aligning entrepreneurial practices with local values and traditions. This strategic integration seeks to foster ethical leadership, promote sustainable business practicess, and drive significant socio-economic growth throughout the diverse communities of Kazakhstan.
