Project Description

The Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors (MKIDs) are resonant LRC circuits implemented on a chip made with superconducting materials. The problem with current MKIDs is their limited energy resolution which E/ ΔE is lower than 10. In this project we are aiming to increase this value to be higher than 10.
