This project aims to understand how university graduates in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) transition to employment in STEM fields. The focus is on the early career experiences of STEM graduates to understand the challenges they face in the transition process and the factors that determine whether they will continue into STEM-related employment or leave the profession after graduation.
