Project Description

The project focuses on developing functional nanomaterials, particularly, nanocomposites of metal oxides and metal nanoparticles to enhance lithium-sulfur (Li-S), lithium-ion (LIBs), and sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) performance. These materials address challenges such as conductivity, stability, and efficiency by forming conductive networks and improving ion transport. Advanced computational methods will optimize catalytic processes, contributing to better battery performance for electric vehicles and renewable energy applications.
