Project Description

This project will employ different intervention strategies in developing servant leadership overtime in business and educational settings. We argue that leadership interventions are necessary to develop servant leadership. We posit that servant leadership training interventions can help build a business and educational leaders with the necessary skills to develop their employees and can potentially make them effective leaders in business and educational institutions of Kazakhstan.
