Project Description

The purpose of this research is to develop new signal processing techniques to mitigate acoustic feedback and entrainment artifacts in digital hearing aids. This research will lead to improved performance of the hearing aid devices for individuals who suffer from mild to severe hearing loss. The proposed research is carried in strong collaboration with Prof. Dr. Felix Albu who is an internationally well recognized researcher in the field. Furthermore, a key objective is to so resource building at NU by engaging MS/PhD students while supervising their graduation thesis/projects.
