Project Description
The goal of the project is to investigate the role of p53 in the protein translation, effects of p53 protein on its novel translational targets, such as CD320, and validate CD320 as a potential clinical marker for p53 mutants and potential therapeutic target for tumour-specific drug delivery in lung cancer.
