Project Description

Project aims to establish a human 3D organotypic model representing a critical sized defect of a bone to further improve the efficacy of bone regeneration. The goal is to obtain a reproducible 3D in vitro bone model with the engineered extracellular matrix (ECM) resembling the intricate ECM structure of physiological human bone that includes bone cells, mineralized and organized collagen fibers, and vascular network.
