Abstract
The article discusses the linguistic heritage of A. Baitursynov. A. Baitursynovmade a huge contribution to Kazakh terminology and speech culture. His ideas also served as the basis for the development of new directions of modern Kazakh linguistics, such as sociolinguistics, cognitivism.
