Abstract

The article discusses the place of A. Baytursynuly in the development of Kazakh scientific speech, skill in the creation of a scientific text. The works of A. Baytursynuly as a scientist for the first time forming scientific texts in the Kazakh language should be considered two sides: the views of the scientist on the general theory of the text and as the personality of the scientist for the first time constituting scientific texts. In this two area of work, the scientist served as the beginning of the writing of Kazakh scientific and scientific and journalistic texts and is the model of scientific texts in the Kazakh language. A striking example is the work of the scientist written in 1912-1928, these are textbooks on literacy and letter, textbooks, critical articles on spelling, terminology, in particular, «Тіл – құрал», «Тіл жұмсар», «Әліп-би», «Оқу құралы», «Баяншы», «Әдебиет танытқыш». The study of these works will help to reveal deeper the personality of A. Baitursynuly as a scientist. In the works of A. Baitursynuly, the basis of the creation of scientific texts in the Kazakh language is both a «single whole», both theoretical and practical. The scientific views of the scientist in the general theory of text and personal experience in compiling a scientific text in the Kazakh language require special consideration. Such steps are needed to clarify the history of the formation of modern Kazakh scientific speech and raises the personality of A. Baitursynuly as a scientist to a new step.
