The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) was used in this research to assess uncertainties that exist in Cloud Manufacturing. Additionally, a Microsoft Excel assessment tool has been developed to help decision makers identify uncertainties and determine the weight of uncertainty in Cloud Manufacturing.",
