Abstract

Modified Einstein equations have been developed in the context of Asymptotic Safety (AS) Proposal for Quantum gravity. These equations cover both vacuum and matter cases and are able to encompass the running behavior of Newton's constant and cosmological constant, $G$ and $\Lambda$, near the non Gaussian fixed point of AS.
Based on this new framework, general non-singular inflationary cosmological solutions for an initial cosmic period of pure vacuum birth era have been derived. In addition, interesting matter solutions have been found that exhibit either particle production with entropy production or non zero bulk viscosity with entropy generation and reheating.
Finally, new general non singular spherically symmetric solutions have been discovered with a cosmological ``constant'' $\Lambda$ as a source. It is expected that Renormalization Group improved black hole solutions encapsulate at their centers a space-time description suggested by our derived solutions.
