Current mode analog multiplier

Abstract

A low power analog current mode analog multiplier is designed. The circuit has fewer transistors and consumes less power. The analytical results for this multiplier are derived. The performance analysis is carried out for Total Harmonic Distortion and input-output relation. SPICE simulations are done using 1.5V and 3.0V power supply for 0.18um CMOS process technology. BSIM 3v3.1 real technology model files are used.
