N2 - We described the first case, to the best of our knowledge, of cutaneous abscess due to Eubacterium lentum in a parenteral drug user, after complete fracture of the right femor. The case underlines the importance of carefully performed microbiological tests, due to the peculiar cultural needs of the micro-organism.
