Abstract

The LoRa technology is becoming a matter of great interest in the research field of the Internet of Things (IoT). Due to the versatility of its technical characteristics, the range of its functionality may be calibrated. However, while many existing LoRa testbed schemes attempt to embrace the low-cost, low-power characteristics of the radio technology, many fail to recognize the need for scalability and easiness for the purposes of IoT research developments. In this demo paper, an open-source LoRaWAN emulator testbed is introduced and its main components and functionalities are briefly explained.
