Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a hardware-software system developed for the designed and assembled helicopter-type Unmanned Aerial Vehicle prototype. The system was developed for the classification and recognition of a person’s face. Various methods were used and applied to optimize the detection and pattern recognition. Proposed algorithm has been implemented for transmitting a video stream from an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle to a ground station.
