Dual-output switched capacitor converter model for cross-regulation effects

Abstract

For a single-output switched capacitor converter (SCC) there is an accepted model for average output voltage that includes equivalent voltage source and output resistance. There is no such a model for a dual- (multi-) output SCC. This Letter suggests a model of dual output SCC cross-regulation based on a two-port network and shows how to figure out its parameters by simulation and theory.
