Abstract

The given study investigates the voltage pulsations at the receiver of the dynamic wireless charging system. Precisely, it was revealed that due to the vehicle's movement, the signal at the receiver's side of the system experience amplitude fluctuations, which may negatively affect the battery of the electric vehicle. An experimental setup consisting of four transmitting coils and one receiving coil is used to imitate the charging scenario and identify the causes of the voltage fluctuations.
