“Guideline/Standards for Writing Textbook of Kazakh Language”

The communicative Language competence of the Kazakh Language has recognized as a National standard of Kazakhstan. This approach is intended for teaching Kazakh language as a foreign language or as a second language and for assessing the level of competence of the Kazakh language by citizens of Kazakhstan, other individuals and legal entities that carry out their activities in the country. The Kazakh language is the state language of Kazakhstan and members of the society require fluency in Kazakh in official and unofficial language communication. The content and structure of the national guidelines fully cover the natural, linguistic and cultural patterns and features of the Kazakh language (from daily / everyday speech to formal business and artistic literary styles), which are grouped on the basis of theory and practice of scientific methods in accordance with the requirements for the linguistic, content and language levels.
