Abstract
Our paper dwells upon an innovative experience which is unique not only for Kazakhstan, but for the whole Central Asia region-the network of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools. Our main objective is to describe new approaches in improving the quality of teaching and solutions for more effective teacher performance review.
