Abstract
A low voltage class AB opamp is presented. The opamp has an NMOS differential pair with active load as the input stage, a pseudo-resistive current mirror, a common source amplifier and a class AB output stage. This opamp has a DC gain of 61dB, unity gain bandwidth of 64 MHz and a phase margin of 70° Spice 3f5 simulations are performed using IBM.130 technology. The effect of technology scaling has also been studied and the results presented.
