Molecular (RAPD and isoenzymes) markers, that revealed differences between quantitative indices of some agronomical traits were identified. Analysis of quantitative traits ( mass of 1000 grains, shoot number per plant, kernel number per spike, productivity and grain number per plant) was carried out during 1995-1996 under contrast climate conditions. Molecular markers, that revealed significant distinctions between allels were found. Significant positive correlation between the level of traits expression for one year and differenses between allels of one marker were found only under one year condition.
