Abstract
Influence of metal oxide type (TiO2, ZnO, SnO2, and/or In2O3) and properties on the performance of solar cells is investigated. Both dye-sensitized solar cells as well as organometallic lead halide perovskite solar cells are considered. The effects of metal oxide choice and properties on device performance are discussed.
