N2 - The process of processing and sending mail is quite complex and requires automation. Sometimes several automated and information systems can be involved in this work. And then the question arises of integrating such systems both within the country and with international postal systems. The article analyzes the ways of integrating the postal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan with international postal systems. Also, an important issue is the optimization of logistics flows in mail processing systems.
