Abstract

Recommendations for improving the reliability and information security of information systems (IS) and information and communication infrastructure (ICI) were developed as a result of analysis of governmental and international standards, regulatory legal acts in the field of information technology of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries, best practices of the most developed countries, the rank of the country in the international ranking of the “Global Cybersecurity Index” (GCI).
