Abstract
The given guideline considers preparation course that enables learners in different levels (А1, А2 В1,В2,С1) to study Kazakh language as a second or foreign language. To achieve the goals the guideline includes analyses relating lexical-grammatical materials that are systematized structurally and functionally based on the different levels.
The colloquium focuses on the issues that are related to the writing textbook of Kazakh language for foreigners. The guideline will include the basic standards for writing textbook in different levels such as grammar, vocabulary and exercises. In addition it also emphasizes the assessments of level of Kazakh learners. The given guideline considers preparation course that enables learners who are of basic and elementary level (А1 – А2) to use limited Kazakh in different domains including everyday life, in domestic, professional fields as well, at the same time the program empowers learners of intermediate and upper-intermediate level (В1 – В2) to independently use the language, and advanced level students (С1) have a good competency of the language.
