N2 - We present the analysis of the phase transition for the two Higgs electroweak model. We have found that for a wide range of parameters the universe first tunnels to a new intermediate phase. This feature not only is very important by itself, but also provides the essential requirements for producing baryon asymmetry with only small explicit CP-violating terms in the two Higgs tree Lagrangian.
