abstract = "Data classification and data processing are relevant tasks in the field of automatic information processing. For successful functioning of the data classification and data processing software, the methods that provide high operation flow velocity and identification accuracy are necessary. The research showed that Viola-Jones and HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients) have good indexes of the effectiveness of identification and high working speed. Each of these methods are implemented by different approaches, and has their own advantages, disadvantages and limitations of applicability. The software system for solving the problem of recognition and classification has been developed based on these methods during work.",
