Project Description
The purpose of this project is to produce an observation protocol that is targeted towards the Kazakhstani educational system reforms that will be developed and assessed using RASCH analysis. The Kazakh Teaching Observation Protocol (KTOP) will used to observe STEM classes at the undergraduate and senior secondary level in Kazakhstan.
