Аннотация

The article presents the results of the analysis in the field of competencies of the teaching staff of universities in Kazakhstan compared with universities in developed countries. The most advanced methods, techniques and tools that were used in the process of the study are described. In conclusion, specific recommendations are made to increase economic efficiency by increasing the professional competencies of faculty of universities.
